Wedged windows are intended for beam sampling applications. Interferometer Flats (IF), with a small wedge of 30’, are made to minimize interference effects between the surfaces and reduce back reflection. Meanwhile, Large Wedges (LW) have an angle wedge of 1°, 2°, or 3° and are made to prevent interference due to stray back reflection or beam deviation. OptiSource Interferometer Flats and Large Wedges are available as coated optics. To select a coating please see the coating offerings in our catalog; if your dimensions are not listed, please call OptiSource Technical Sales regarding a quotation for your prototype or OEM requirement.
